Application Method

Prepare the stock solution as needed. Use 200 liters of water per acre regardless of the pump type. Ensure a uniform spray on all tillers and across the entire field. To minimize evaporation losses and avoid the active foraging period of honey bees, it is recommended to spray during the early morning or evening hours.

Precautions

  • Keep away from food, empty food containers, and animal feed.
  • Avoid contact with the mouth, eyes, and skin.
  • Thoroughly wash contaminated clothing and body parts after use.
  • Do not smoke, drink, eat, or chew anything while using the product.
  • Wear full protective clothing while using the product, including rubber gloves, boots, goggles or a face shield, and an overall or rubber apron and hat.
  • Caution: The product is toxic to honeybees and should be avoided during their active foraging period. The product is also slightly toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates. Use only on crops specified on the label and leaflets.

Mode of Action

Dintrozine enters the insect's body through oral or dermal routes. It binds to the acetylcholine receptor, disrupting nerve transmission. This leads to abnormal behavior and ultimately results in the insect's death.
